Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Lead Alpha, a lead management and CRM software-as-a-service platform operated by VRTECHIE LIMITED ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using Lead Alpha, you agree to these Terms. If you use Lead Alpha on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Lead Alpha provides tools for businesses and agencies to connect supported lead sources, advertising platforms, messaging services, and websites; import and organize leads; manage CRM pipelines; analyze attribution; and use other enabled workflow features.

Features may be introduced, changed, limited, or discontinued as the service evolves. Some integrations depend on third-party APIs and may be unavailable if the relevant provider changes its service, policies, permissions, quotas, or account requirements.

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting your login credentials. You are responsible for activity performed by users you authorize within your workspace.

Lead Alpha is multi-tenant. Each customer must use only the workspace, connected accounts, and data they are authorized to access. You must not attempt to access another customer's workspace or circumvent tenant, authentication, or permission controls.

Lead Alpha may integrate with Google, Google Ads, Meta/Facebook, WhatsApp, and other third-party services. You may connect only accounts and assets that you are legally authorized to use.

Your use of third-party services is also governed by the applicable third party's terms, policies, permissions, and API requirements. Lead Alpha does not control those services and cannot guarantee their continued availability or functionality.

If you connect a Google account, you authorize Lead Alpha to access the Google account and Google Ads information covered by the permissions you approve for the purpose of providing the enabled Lead Alpha features.

You may revoke Google access through Lead Alpha where supported or through your Google Account settings. Google integration availability may depend on your Google Ads account role, Google Cloud/API access level, quotas, and Google's current platform requirements.

As between you and Lead Alpha, you retain your rights in the business data and lead data you lawfully provide or connect to the service. You grant us the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit, secure, and display that data to provide Lead Alpha to you.

You are responsible for obtaining any notices, permissions, consents, or legal bases required to collect, import, contact, message, analyze, or otherwise process your leads.

You must not use Lead Alpha to:

• Violate applicable law or the rights of another person or organization.
• Send unlawful spam, deceptive communications, or messages without required consent.
• Access, scrape, probe, interfere with, or disrupt systems or data you are not authorized to use.
• Upload malware or use the service to facilitate fraud, abuse, or security attacks.
• Bypass usage, tenant, authentication, billing, or platform restrictions.
• Use connected platform data in a manner prohibited by the applicable platform's policies.

Paid plans, usage limits, billing periods, taxes, renewal terms, and cancellation terms are governed by the commercial terms presented when you subscribe or by a separate written agreement with VRTECHIE LIMITED. Where applicable, fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated in the applicable commercial agreement.

We aim to operate Lead Alpha reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, outages, security events, third-party API changes, quota restrictions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect the service.

We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect Lead Alpha and customer data. You are responsible for using appropriate access controls within your organization, keeping credentials confidential, and notifying us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to address security risks, suspected abuse, non-payment, legal requirements, or a material breach of these Terms or applicable platform policies. You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription subject to your applicable plan or commercial agreement.

Lead Alpha, including its software, interface, branding, documentation, and underlying technology, is owned by or licensed to VRTECHIE LIMITED and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for the rights expressly granted to use the service, no ownership rights are transferred to you.

To the extent permitted by law, Lead Alpha is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that every third-party integration, imported lead, attribution result, automation, or analytics output will always be complete, uninterrupted, or error-free. Users remain responsible for reviewing CRM actions and business decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VRTECHIE LIMITED will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, goodwill, or data arising from use of the service. Any mandatory rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

Our handling of personal information and connected platform data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference where permitted by law.

We may update these Terms as the service, law, or third-party platform requirements change. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use after an update takes effect may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.
