1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how VRTECHIE LIMITED ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use Lead Alpha, our multi-tenant lead management and CRM platform.

Lead Alpha allows authorized businesses and agencies to connect lead sources and advertising accounts, including Meta/Facebook, Google Ads, WhatsApp Business, websites, and other supported integrations, and to manage the resulting leads inside their own isolated workspace.

2. Information We Collect

Depending on the features you use, we may process:

  • Account and workspace information, such as name, email address, role, team membership, and organization details.
  • Connected advertising and platform account metadata that you authorize us to access.
  • Lead information submitted to your connected lead sources, such as name, email, phone number, company, location, and form responses.
  • Advertising attribution data such as campaign, ad group/ad set, ad, lead form, UTM values, GCLID, GBRAID, WBRAID, and related identifiers when available.
  • CRM information created by authorized users, including pipeline stage, assignments, notes, tags, follow-ups, lead scores, activities, and deal values.
  • Technical and security information required to operate the service, including connection status, sync timestamps, audit events, device/session information, and error logs.

3. Google Account and Google Ads Data

When an authorized workspace user connects Google, Lead Alpha uses Google OAuth to request only the permissions needed for the enabled Google integration. For Google Ads, this may include permission to view and manage authorized Google Ads account data.

Depending on the enabled Lead Alpha features, we may process:

  • Google account identity information needed to identify the connected account, such as name and email address.
  • Accessible Google Ads customer and manager account identifiers and account metadata.
  • Campaign, ad group, ad, asset, and Lead Form information needed to provide reporting, attribution, and lead-management features.
  • Google Lead Form submissions and associated attribution data where the connected account and API access permit it.
  • OAuth access and refresh credentials required to maintain the authorized connection.

OAuth credentials are handled by our backend systems and are not intentionally exposed to other Lead Alpha workspaces or returned to normal browser clients. Each connection is isolated to the applicable SaaS workspace.

4. Google API Limited Use

Lead Alpha's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We use Google-sourced data only to provide or improve user-facing Lead Alpha features requested by the authorized user. We do not sell Google user data, use it for unrelated advertising, or transfer it to data brokers or information resellers.

5. Meta and WhatsApp Data

When an authorized user connects Meta/Facebook or WhatsApp Business, Lead Alpha may process authorized business assets, ad accounts, Pages, campaigns, forms, Lead Ads submissions, WhatsApp Business account and phone metadata, and other information required for the enabled integration.

We use this information to provide the connected lead-management, messaging, reporting, attribution, and CRM functionality requested by the workspace. We do not sell Meta Platform Data.

6. How We Use Information

We process information to:

  • Authenticate users and operate isolated SaaS workspaces.
  • Connect and maintain authorized third-party integrations.
  • Import, display, organize, deduplicate, assign, and manage leads.
  • Provide campaign attribution, CRM reporting, analytics, and conversion measurement.
  • Run user-configured automations, follow-ups, and integrations.
  • Diagnose errors, prevent abuse, maintain security, and improve service reliability.
  • Comply with applicable legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

7. Multi-Tenant Workspace Isolation

Lead Alpha is a multi-tenant SaaS service. Connected accounts, credentials, leads, CRM data, and integration settings are associated with the applicable workspace or organization. Our application is designed to prevent one customer workspace from accessing another customer's data through normal product use.

8. Data Sharing and Service Providers

We do not sell or rent personal information, Google user data, or Meta Platform Data. We may use infrastructure and service providers acting on our behalf where reasonably necessary to host, secure, maintain, monitor, and operate Lead Alpha.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect the security or integrity of the service, or in connection with a corporate transaction subject to applicable legal requirements.

9. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Lead Alpha, maintain authorized integrations, meet contractual and legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and maintain appropriate backups and security records.

Retention periods may vary depending on the type of data, workspace configuration, applicable law, and the requirements of connected platforms.

10. Disconnecting Google and Other Integrations

Authorized workspace users may disconnect supported integrations from Lead Alpha. Google access can also be revoked from the user's Google Account security settings. Revoking access stops future authorized API access, subject to technical processing already in progress.

Disconnecting an integration does not automatically delete historical CRM records that were previously imported into the workspace where those records are still required for the user's CRM workflow or legal obligations.

11. Data Deletion Requests

Workspace users may request deletion of eligible Lead Alpha account or integration data by contacting support@vrtechie.in.

Please include the email address associated with the workspace and enough information for us to identify the relevant account or connection. We may need to verify the request before acting on it.

12. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, alteration, loss, misuse, or disclosure. These include HTTPS, authenticated access controls, backend handling of integration secrets, tenant-aware authorization, and database security measures.

No electronic transmission or storage system is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

13. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights relating to access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection concerning personal information associated with your account.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their collection and use of leads through Lead Alpha complies with applicable privacy, marketing, consent, and communications laws.

14. Third-Party Platforms

Lead Alpha integrates with third-party services such as Google, Meta, and WhatsApp. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms, privacy policies, API policies, and account requirements. We are not responsible for how those providers independently process data on their own platforms.

15. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as Lead Alpha, applicable law, or our data practices change. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
